The room had a bath, and the hotel was conveniently located near the main center of activities.

The service was fantastic, the sauna was only for me on Sunday morning. I have received a wish lunch outside the card. Every employee was aware of my already announced by phone special requests. In addition, the sauna was brand new, the room was great and thanks again for the encores as "lucky guest" - I was thrilled.

Unfortunately, our room card did not work several times, that we had to get the staff for opening our room despite repeated card exchange.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, equipped with amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV. The hotel is conveniently located in Oberhausen right next to the town center, main center, and a tram stop.

It is very close to the train station. Many event locations are within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable.

I think the shower curtain for a 4 star hotel is not up to date. Unfortunately no kettle in the rooms and a reasonable closet for clothes was missing. You have to be satisfied with a clothes rod. Unfortunately no socket by the bed.

Good for everything. As I expect a hotel in this price range - nice and competent staff, cleanliness and a dignified peace in the venue. We did not have breakfast (were with family), but what we saw looked very extensive and good.

I expect actually of all hotels a free parking included.

The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. About the breakfast I can not say anything, since we had not booked it. Our daughter got married and will have breakfast there then.

Very comfortable and clean, excellent staff who were very helpful to a group of 6 Englishmen, only one of whom could speak passable German.

Breakfast was too expensive - at 18 euro's only one of us decided to have it (although he did say that it was very good)

Sorry but non of the above apply. Lovely hotel - great location for us as my daughter is working in Oberhausen. Very handy for the station. Absolutely delicious breakfast.

No coffee or tea making facilities in the room. Would have loved some.
